timeware (UK) Ltd will continue to provide updates to our customers and employees as we react to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.

We have implemented robust measures to maintain support for our customers and are confident of our ability to limit risks for our employees, customers and partners related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

timeware (UK) Ltd will continue to actively and effectively manage our businesses in response to COVID-19.

We are focused on these three key areas:

  1. Ensuring our business serves customers in a prompt and efficient manner.

  2. Keeping our employees safe.

  3. Being a responsible member of the community, taking steps to limit any unnecessary contact.

We are continuing to emphasise WHO and CDC guidelines for personal prevention techniques and travel guidance and encouraging employees to hold all meetings virtually. We continue to monitor government advice and are committed to ensuring our core operations and business remain fully operational. 

We have implemented a number of alternative working options in order to continue operating efficiently including a home working strategy which enables administrative staff and technicians to be home-based.

We will monitor government guidelines and update our practices as an when required.
