Price: £99 The timestart® Global Assist contract covers a period of twelve months and is renewable annually.

timestart^® Global Assist is the name given to the Support service offered by timeware® to all timestart^® registered users.

Neil Webster, the timeware® Support Manager has 6 years distributor-level installation and support experience backed by over 150 end user training sessions. Neil has revolutionised the timeware^® support department by greatly improving fault response times and conducting comprehensive end-user training sessions.

Telephone Suuport

timeware^® will provide office based telephone support between 9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed)
