Price: £300 The timeware® Global Assist contract covers a period of twelve months and is renewable annually.

timeware® Global Assist Is the name given to the Support service offered by timeware® to all registered users.

Neil Webster, the timeware® Support Manager has 6 years distributor-level installation and support experience backed by over 150 end user training sessions. Neil has revolutionised the timeware® support department by greatly improving fault response times and conducting comprehensive end-user training sessions.

Listed below are the Support services that can be expected from timeware® Support:

Telephone Support

timeware® will provide office based telephone support between 9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed)

 

Certified Engineers

All timeware® certified engineers have attended the relevant training courses and showed competence in the timeware® product range.

Web Services

Having Internet access will enable timeware® Support to utilise the timeware® Web Services. These services include:

  • Remote Administration
  • Product updates via the DigitalWizard Update Service

timeware®  utilises the Internet to provide Web services that make timeware® easier to use and easier to support:

 

Secure Online Remote Support

A 'housekeeping' component can automatically transfer timeware® system settings to the secure timeware® web server. These settings may include terminal configurations, daily and period schedules and the audit trail. The data transfer method is very quick and allows more effective distributor support. If you experience any problems with the  system, your timeware® distributor can access the timeware® web server to view and edit the system settings. The user retains control of the downloading of this new information, making the online support extremely secure.

Full 10% discount on all products & services

timeware® offer a 10% discount on purchases during the period of a valid support contract. Please note this excludes badges / Accessories.

 

All the above features are included in the timeware® Global Assist Contract covering the timeware® Personnel Edition, timeware® Small Business Edition, timeware® Access Control Edition and timeware® Professional Edition.
