In focus is ‘the Accident Book’, suggested by Harrison Ellis, a member of Support Team 2.
The Accident Book is found in the timeware® File Menu under Asset Management.
This feature can be used to record Accident and Injuries in the workplace. Fields include: location, date & time, cause, people involved, injury suffered and action taken.
There is an option that allows the employee to share their personal data with the company safety representatives plus a section to be completed by the employer if the accident is reportable under RIDDOR.
Document storage is also available for recording images etc of the incident.
