The timeware® customer care team led by Charlotte Kavanagh have restarted the process of arranging annual upgrades and liaison visits as the majority of timeware® customers returned to work.

Face-masks and hand sanitizers at the ready, Zack Dawson, Oliver Boulton and William Plumpton will be visiting customers sites, upgrading their software to timeware® Professional 2020 and completing new feature awareness training.

Managed service liaison visits have also restarted with Matt Wilkinson and Nathan Beveridge meeting our larger customers to discuss system performance and workflow analysis.

The team are aware of each customer’s COVID-19 guidelines and are happy to begin meeting customers face-to-face once again, even though they’ll be two metres apart!
