Is there anything to install?
No. Brivo Access is cloud-hosted, so the integration is cloud-to-cloud: no agent, no server, nothing on your network.
What firewall changes are needed?
None. Both platforms talk over encrypted APIs in the cloud; your network is not involved.
What happens if a site loses internet?
Brivo controllers keep recording locally. Once the site is back online the events flow through, de-duplicated, so nothing is lost and nothing is double-counted.
Which events come through?
Access-granted events from the doors you nominate as attendance points: card, mobile credential and PIN, landing on timesheets in real time.
How is the integration licensed?
Each integration is enabled by an annual licence, included in your timeware® agreement and supported as part of the managed service.
