Terms and Conditions – ESS Go (Subscriptions)

1Overview

ESS Go is a flexible, monthly rolling subscription service offered by timeware UK Ltd. By subscribing to ESS Go, you agree to the terms set out below.

2Subscription Model

ESS Go operates on a month-to-month basis with no minimum contract. Billing occurs monthly, with the first payment taken the day after ESS Go is installed.

3Amendments and Cancellations

You may amend or cancel your subscription at any time, with no advance notice required. Changes will take effect immediately, and any applicable adjustments will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

4Payment

Payment is collected automatically each month via your chosen payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up to date.

5Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the ESS Go service or these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
