Is there anything to install?
No. Bob is cloud-hosted, so the integration is cloud-to-cloud: no agent, no server, nothing on your network.
Which system is the master?
You choose, field by field. Most customers keep Bob as the master for people data and let timeware® own clocking and timesheets.
What happens to leavers?
A leaver in Bob is closed off in timeware® on the next sync. Timesheets and history stay available for reporting.
How often does it sync?
On a schedule you set, plus on demand with live progress when you need it now.
How is the integration licensed?
Each integration is enabled by an annual licence, included in your timeware® agreement and supported as part of the managed service.
