Six steps
From first workshop to first pay period.
1
Scoping workshop
Your specialist visits, meets HR, payroll and operations, and maps how you work: shifts, overtime, breaks, pay rules, leave and approvals.
2
Configuration
We build your rules, policies and organisation in timeware® HRMS and import your people from your current system or spreadsheets.
3
Clocking devices
We install BioStation 3 terminals or timeware® Pucks where you need them, and connect them to your timesheets.
4
Training
We train your administrators and managers on site, and staff get the employee app with a short guide.
5
First pay period check
We check your first pay period with you, line by line, before anything reaches payroll.
6
Ongoing support
After go-live the managed service and our UK support team look after you. When you call, you reach the people who built it.
Timescales depend on your size and number of sites. We agree a go-live date with you at the first workshop.
